Location, location, location. I was looking for a place to set up Plein air on a trip to Smuggler's Cove. Stepped out of the car and bammm! there it was but I thought that we should walk to the Cove. We walked to the cove with a pleasant banter and took many pictures of both the trails and the cove itself. I definitely am not lacking in reference material! Upon return I did pull out my easel and set up and it promptly started to rain. That's okay I did this first thing when I got home!
